WHAT?

Skin from 6-7 medium unwaxed lemons

750ml. Vodka or Greek tsipouro

650ml. Water

650g. Sugar


HOW TO?

1️⃣Wash the lemons very well and take the skins of the lemons.

2️⃣Mix the vodka with the skins in a jar, close the lid and leave in a dark place for ten days.

3️⃣In medium heat, boil the water with the sugar, leave the sugar to melt and make a light syrup. Remove the skins from the vodka, add the syrup in. Keep in the fridge in bottles.
