WHAT?
400g. Beef ribs
A few cloves of rosemary
4-5 cloves of garlic
Balsamic glaze
Thyme
Freshly ground pepper
150ml. Water
3 medium sweet potatoes, cut in quarters
6-7 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon mustard
2 lemons
Salt and pepper
Dill and feta to serve HOW TO? 1️⃣Pierce the ribs and add some rosemary and garlic. 2️⃣In a greased tray place the beef, add some balsamic, thyme and pepper. 3️⃣Place the potatoes around it. 4️⃣Put the garlic cloves around it.
5️⃣Mix lemon juice, mustard and pepper, salt and thyme.
6️⃣Add water and the mix to cover the potatoes. Cook covered well with foil for 3 hours at 160 degrees. Remove the foil and brown for an extra half hour.
