Chicken tigania (in the pan)

WHAT?
300g. Chicken thigh fillet, chopped in small cubes
½ lemon
fresh thyme, pepper
3 garlic cloves
1 onion chopped
1 red pepper roughly chopped
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
1-2 teaspoons olive oil @ladi_biosas
2 teaspoons mustard
1 tablespoon honey
Pepper, salt, thyme, fresh parsley
HOW TO?
1️⃣Marinate the chicken in ½ lemon, fresh thyme, pepper and 3 garlic cloves for at least 3 hours.
2️⃣In medium to high heat, we sauté the red pepper and onion in the olive oil. We also grind black pepper, salt and let it for 5 minutes to soften the vegetables.
3️⃣We add the vinegar and we steam it for 1 minute.
4️⃣We add the chicken and the mustard. Cook for three minutes.
5️⃣Add the honey. Serve with thyme, pepper and parsley and lemon.
