WHAT?
400g. Beef ribs
2 tablespoons petimezi (molasses)
Juice from 2 lemons
Fresh thyme
3 medium sweet potatoes
½ carrot
1 onion chopped
6 whole garlic cloves
Salt, pepper
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Chilli
Teaspoon of mustard
Feta to serve
HOW TO?
1️⃣Marinate the beef in molasses, lemon juice, chilli, garlic and thyme for 2-3 hours.
2️⃣In a greased tray, pour the mix.
3️⃣Cut the potatoes in quarters, the carrots and the onion and add them in.
4️⃣Mix mustard and olive oil and add. Put in the garlic cloves whole. Add water to cover the potatoes.
5️⃣Cook covered for 2 hours at 180 degrees. Uncovered for an extra 45 minutes. Serve with feta cheese.
