WHAT?
150g. Chickpeas
1 onion, 3 cloves garlic, chilli
1l. Vegetable stock
2 bay leaves, rosemary
Salt, pepper
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon tahini diluted in 1 lemon juice
HOW TO?
1️⃣Soak the chickpeas for 5 hours in boiling water.
2️⃣Preheat oven at 150 degrees.
3️⃣In a casserole dish add the chickpeas, the chopped onion, the garlic, chilli and the herbs. 4️⃣Add the stock, rosemary and bays and close the lid and cook for 10 hours. Alternatively, cool in coal for 15 hours. 5️⃣When ready, remove from heat, add the tahini diluted in the lemon juice and mix well.
