WHAT?
¼ fennel
Fennel seeds
2 carrots
1 potato
1 onion, 2 garlic cloves - all chopped
1-2 tablespoons olive oil @ladi_biosas
A little bit of fresh thyme
Dry thyme, pepper, salt
1.5litres vegetable stock
Parsley chopped, Greek yoghurt and 1/2 lemon juice for serving HOW TO?
1️⃣Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil in medium heat for 2 minutes. Add the potatoes, fennel and carrots. Also sauté the fennel seeds and grind pepper.
2️⃣Add the stock.
3️⃣Cook for 15 minutes.
4️⃣Mash.
5️⃣Serve with lemon, yoghurt and some parsley.
