Moist burgers and dreamy potato mash

WHAT?

For the burgers

300g. Mix of three minces (beef, pork and lamb)

2 tablespoons vinegar

1 tablespoon Greek yoghurt

1 chopped onion, 2-3 garlic cloves finely chopped, chilli

Bunch of mint, bunch of parsley

1/2 chopped carrot

Salt, pepper, oregano


For the mash

2 big cooked potatoes

2-3 tablespoons Greek yoghurt

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 cloves of garlic

Salt, pepper


HOW TO?

For the burgers

1️⃣In bowl, mix well the mince with the vinegar. Add Greek yoghurt and mix well.

2️⃣Chop finely the onion, garlic, carrot and chilli and mix well. Add chopped mint and parsley, salt and pepper and oregano. Leave to rest covered with cling film. 3️⃣Make to six patties and cook in grease proof paper in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

For the mash

4️⃣Cook the potatoes with their skin on (approx 20 minutes in boiling water). Remove the skin and mash well. For a smoother result use a hand blender.

5️⃣Mix in the greek yoghurt, salt and pepper, olive oil, finely chopped garlic and serve.
