Cuttlefish patties

WHAT?

2 small cuttlefish

½ onion

2-3 cloves of garlic

Bunch of mint, bunch of parsley

2-3 spoonfuls flour

2-3 spoonfuls of vinegar

A few peppercorns

2-3 bay leaves

Pepper, oregano

1-2 spoonfuls olive oil

Olive oil, flour


HOW TO?

1️⃣Clean the cuttlefish. Cook it in low heat, boiling water with the vinegar, bay and peppercorns for 40 minutes. Remove from heat.

2️⃣In a chopper, chop the parsley, mint, onion, garlic. Add the cuttlefish and chop as well.

3️⃣Move the mixture in a bowl and mix with flour, olive oil, pepper and oregano. With the help of two spoons, make oval patties.

4️⃣Dip in flour and fry in olive oil for three to four minutes each side. Dry them in kitchen towel to remove excess olive oil.
