WHAT? 350g. mined mince (beef, pork and lamb) 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar 1 tablespoon Greek yoghurt 1 slice bread in water then squeezed Splash of ouzo Salt, pepper, mint, oregano Bunch of parsley Chilli 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves 1 tablespoon EVOO @ladi_biosas HOW TO? 1️⃣Make the mixture (needs good mixing) add cling film and let rest in fridge. For 2-3 hours. 2️⃣Make them to patties and grill them 4-5 and cook for 4-5 minutes each side. 3️⃣Serve in my homemade carob bread buns with a Greek yoghurt, lemon and paprika sauce.
