My beautiful chicken au vin with thick pasta

WHAT?

300g. Chicken thighs on the bone

Two chopped tomatoes

1 chopped onion, 3 cloves garlic

Chilli

1 grated pepper, 1 grated carrot

3 bay leaves

1 tablespoon tomato paste

Salt, pepper, sugar

2 tablespoons Greek olive oil @ladi_biosas

Parsley and graviera cheese to serve

150g. Pasta

100ml. White wine


HOW TO?

1️⃣Sauté onion, garlic, tomato paste and ground pepper in higher heat with the olive oil for two minutes. 2️⃣Add bay leaves, carrot and pepper and cook for two minutes.

3️⃣ Pour the wine and let the alcohol steam away. Add the tomatoes, sugar and chilli. Add the chicken and little water. Cover the lid and let it cook for 45 minutes.

4️⃣In another saucepan, boil the pasta in the water for two minutes less than ready.

5️⃣Add the cooked pasta in the chicken and add two spoons of its water. Serve with parsley and feta.
