My carrot soup

WHAT?
2 carrots, little bit of leek, celery
½ onion, 2-3 cloves garlic, little bit of chilli
1-2 sweet potatoes
Very little fresh ginger, cumin, nutmeg, pepper
1 teaspoon tahini diluted in 3-4 teaspoons of lemon juice
Salt, pepper, dry oregano or thyme
1 ½ litres of hot vegetable stock
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil @ladi_biosas
HOW TO?
1️⃣Chop carrots, celery, leek, onion, garlic, chilli and sweet potato. Mix to a saucepan and sauté in extra virgin olive in medium heat. Add the spices and herbs.
2️⃣Add stock and bring to boil.
3️⃣Cook for 15-20 minutes. Mash and add the tahini and lemon juice.
