My signature roast potatoes

WHAT?

6 medium potatoes

5 cloves of garlic

Branch of rosemary, 3 bay leaves

2 oranges, 2 lemons (the juice)

1-2 tablespoons olive oil

3 teaspoons French mustard

Salt, pepper, oregano


HOW TO?

1️⃣Cut potatoes in quarters. Put them in a tray.

2️⃣Add all other ingredients and water to cover the potatoes.

3️⃣Cover with foil. Cook for 1.5 hours at 180 degrees. Occasionally take them out and mix them in the juices.

4️⃣Last half hour, uncover and cook in oven to crispen.
