Pulses various in the pot

WHAT?

50g. Lentils, 50g. Black eyed beans, 50g. Fava beans

1 onion, 3 cloves garlic, little chilli

2 tomatoes

Pinch of sugar

1 grated carrot

1 teaspoon tomato paste (Greek peltes)

3 bay leaves

Tablespoon of olive oil

2 tablespoons of vinegar

Pepper, salt, oregano

1l. Vegetable stock


HOW TO?

1️⃣In a pan, add the olive oil and sauté in medium heat the onion, garlic, for 2 minutes. Add the tomato paste and let it cook for 3 more minutes.

2️⃣Splash the vinegar and let it steam away. Chop the tomatoes, add the sugar and add to the pan. Cook for 5 minutes.

3️⃣Add the pulses and let cool in the sauce for 5 minutes.

4️⃣Add all the ingredients in a casserole, the vegetable stock, the seasoning and bay leaves and cook in oven for 2 hours.
