WHAT? 100g rice noodles
1 carrot, some sugar snaps
1 onion, 2-3 cloves of garlic
Couple of mushrooms, bean sprouts, couple of slices of ginger
A little bit of chilli
1-2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil @ladi_biosas
½ lime grate and juice
Salt, pepper
Coriander
1 ½ litres vegetable stock
HOW?
1️⃣Slice onion, garlic, chilli, carrot, mushrooms. Then sauté all vegetables to the pan with herbs in 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
2️⃣Add the stock and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the rice noodles and cook for another 5 minutes.
3️⃣Finish with 1 tablespoon petimezi (molasses) and add the lime zest and the juice and coriander.
4️⃣Add salt, pepper, oregano to taste.
