WHAT?
300g. Mince (three types; pork, lamb and beef)
1 slice of bread
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
Chopped garlic and chilli
Teaspoon of salt, pepper, cumin and 2-3 cloves allspice, oregano
HOW TO?
1️⃣Mix the minces well.
2️⃣Soak the bread in water and dry to let the excess water go.
3️⃣Add all the chopped ingredients and spices and the vinegar and let marinate in the fridge for two to three hours.
4️⃣Make little long and fat kebabs and grill them in high heat for three to four minutes each side.
