Beans and avocado humous

WHAT?

150g. Butter beans

1/2 carrot

little bit of celery

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 avocado

1 tablespoon tahini

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

1 onion, 3 garlic cloves, chilli

pepper, salt

parsley


HOW TO?

1️⃣Soak overnight the beans in boiling water. Change water in the morning and cook the beans in hot water for 25 minutes with the carrot.

2️⃣In a blender, chop garlic, parsley, onion and olive oil.

3️⃣Add the beans, carrot, avocado and mash them. Mix in the tahini, and vinegar and mix to a smooth mash.

4️⃣Salt and pepper.
