WHAT?
90g. Mix of lentils, fava beans and black eyed beans
1 carrot, 1 onion, 2-3 cloves garlic, chilli
2 bay leaves
2 slices of bread
Fresh oregano, thyme
Dry oregano, pepper, salt
2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons vinegar
HOW TO?
1️⃣Cook the pulses in water with the bay leaves, onion and carrot for 25 minutes, until soft.
2️⃣Remove from the heat and in a chopper add garlic, chilli and the pulses’ mix. Chop.
3️⃣Add the bread soaked in water. And mix some more.
4️⃣Add spices and herbs, olive oil and vinegar and mix well.
5️⃣Make them to patties and cook them on grease proof paper for 20 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees.
