Black eyed beans burger

WHAT?

200g. Black eyed beans

1 egg

2 tablespoons bread crumbs

3 tablespoons plain flour

1 small onion, 2-3 garlic cloves, chilli

2 cherry tomatoes

Dill, mint, basil

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Salt and pepper


HOW TO?

1️⃣Mash beans with onion, chilli, garlic, tomatoes.

2️⃣Chop herbs and mix in. Add the egg, the flour and the bread crumbs. Mix in the vinegar.

3️⃣Salt and pepper and cook in the oven - preheated at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
