For the batter 7 heaped tablespoons self-raising flour ½ teaspoon of yeast Pinch of sugar 1 small can of lager beer (250ml) Salt and pepper, paprika1 calamari in rings For the tzatziki
200g. Mascarpone cheese 1 small grated cucumber 1 small carrot ½ chopped avocado 2 chopped cherry tomatoes 3-4 chopped garlic cloves Dill 1-2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil @ladi_biosas 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar Salt, pepper
HOW TO?
1️⃣For the calamari: whisk the batter ingredients and leave the batter aside. Cut the calamari in rings.
2️⃣Dry the calamari and cover in batter. Place in grease proof paper and cook in the oven until golden brown 200 degrees 15 minutes. Serve with oregano.
