Cauliflower schnitzel

WHAT?

100g cooked cauliflower

1 small potato cooked

1 onion, a few cloves of garlic, 1 carrot, little chilli

1 tablespoon flour

50g cheddar

Leek, spring onion

Salt and pepper

Two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil @ladi_biosas

Breadcrumbs to coat

1 egg

Greek yoghurt, paprika

@mastelogr cheese for serving

HOW?

1️⃣Sauté onion, garlic, leek and carrot in olive oil for 2-3 minutes.

2️⃣In a bowl, mash all vegetables, grate the cheese and add the flour and the egg. Mix thoroughly.

3️⃣Make to small patties and dip to yoghurt with paprika and then to breadcrumbs.

4️⃣Oven cook in greased tray for 30 minutes at 190 degrees.
