WHAT?
1 medium-sized celeriac
1 sweet potato
1 spring onion, 2-3 cloves of garlic, chilli
2-3 tablespoons Greek yoghurt
2-3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt, pepper
HOW TO?
1️⃣Wash and clean the celeriac and the potato. Peel them.
2️⃣Cut them in pieces and cook for 20 minutes until soft in boiling water. They need to be warm.
3️⃣Mix in the yoghurt and the chopped garlic, chilli and spring onion.

4️⃣For a smoother mash, drizzle the olive oil very thinly, whilst frothing the mix to let air in. When finished, salt and pepper.
