Courgette flowers stuffed with cheese and Mani Sygklino

WHAT?

10 courgette flowers

100g. Sygklino meat from Mani or apaki from Crete, or other cured meat

50g. Soft anthotyro cheese

2-3 fresh thyme stems

Pepper, 2 crushed cloves of garlic, little chilli

1 teaspoon red wine vinegar


HOW TO?

1️⃣Preheat the oven at 180 degrees.

2️⃣Cut the meat in tiny slices. Mix it with the cheese in a bowl.

3️⃣Cut the thyme and add. Add vinegar, chopped garlic and chopped chilli. Add pepper and mix well.

4️⃣Carefully clean the flowers and remove the stamen. Stuff each with a teaspoon of the mix. Place in a greased tray.

5️⃣Grill for 5-7 until cooked.
