Writer's picture: Kyriakos SachinidisKyriakos Sachinidis

One of the easiest and tastiest Greek mezedes

WHAT?

1 piece of feta 200g.

2 filo sheets

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons mixed sesame seeds (white and black)

3 tablespoons

HOW TO?

1️⃣Cut the feta into two rectangular portions and place in the middle of each filo.

2️⃣Moisten the filo edges with water and enclose like a little envelop. Every time, there is a new fold, make sure you add moisture. Close to an envelope tightly.

3️⃣In a hot pan with olive oil, brown both sides, probably 3 minutes each side. 4️⃣Add the honey and the seeds to the hot pan and switch the heat off. They will start sticking to the saganaki and mix to cover the surface. Serve warm.
