My delicious pita bread

For the delicious Greek pita bread

170g plain flour

¾ teaspoon dry/6-7g wet yeast

½ cup tepid water

Pinch of sugar/pinch of salt


HOW TO?

1️⃣Dilute the yeast in tepid water. Add the sugar.

2️⃣Five minutes later add the mix to the flour. Add salt. 3️⃣Mix well to create a doughy pastry. Leave to rest with cling film for two hours at least.

4️⃣Make 4-5 flat pitas and cook in the pan for 4-5 minutes each side.
