WHAT?
200g. rice noodles
100g. mixed stir fly vegetables
1-2 tablespoons Greek olive oil @ladi_biosas
1 onion, 2-3 garlic cloves
2-3 small chopped cherry tomatoes
Little bit of chilli
150g. feta cheese in little cubes, 5-6 olives without the stone
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Bunch of parsley
2-3 tablespoons petimezi (molasses)
100g kavourmas cured meat from Xanthi
Salt, pepper, oregano
HOW TO?
1️⃣In medium heat, add olive oil and sauté fennel seeds, ground pepper, onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes. Add red wine vinegar and let it steam away.
2️⃣Add stir fry vegetables and chilli and cook for 5-7 minutes.
3️⃣Add rice noodles and cook for 2-4 minutes and keep stirring. Add the meat.
4️⃣Add chopped feta, olives, tomatoes, parsley and petimezi.
5️⃣After two minutes, it’s ready. Salt after you’ve tried, as feta is salty. Pepper and oregano to taste.
