Homemade carob bread buns

WHAT?

180g. plain flour

2 teaspoons carob flour

Pinch of salt, pinch of sugar

7g. fresh yeast or ¾ teaspoon dry yeast

60-70ml. tepid water

Sesame for the top


HOW TO?

1️⃣Dilute yeast in tepid water. Add sugar and mix well. Leave for 5 minutes to activate, you will see some powder on the top.

2️⃣In mixer mix well flour, salt, and water with yeast for ten minutes. Let the mix rest in warm place for at least 2 hours covered tightly with cling film.

3️⃣Make to bread buns, water the surface and cover in sesame seeds. Cook at pre-heated oven 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
