My aubergine and chestnuts pie

WHAT?
2 aubergines
8 chestnuts
½ chopped onion, 2-3 chopped garlic cloves
Chilli
Parsley
150g. Feta
4 filo sheets
Little bit of trahana (or 1-2 tablespoons corn flour)
Salt
Salt, pepper, oregano
Olive oil to brush and fry
Sesame seeds for the topping
HOW TO?
1️⃣Cook the aubergines and the chestnuts. Boil them for 30 minutes or cook with foil for 1 hour and a half at 200 degrees preheated oven.
2️⃣In a pan sauté the onion, garlic and chilli with olive oil for 2-3 minutes. Let it cool.
3️⃣In a bowl mix the cooked aubergines, cooked chestnuts, feta, trahana, the onion, garlic, chilli and parsley. Grind pepper.
4️⃣Lay the filos 2 and 2. Add the filling in the middle and fold like an envelope. Where there is a fold, brush olive oil to stick. Sprinkle sesame seeds and fry in olive oil for 4-5 minutes each side until brown.
