My beautiful broad beans

WHAT?
300g. Broad beans - just the beans
1 chopped tomato
1 onion, a few cloves garlic - all chopped
A little bit of chilli
Pinch of sugar
Pepper, salt, oregano
Feta and parsley to serve
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
½ lemon juice, dill to serve
For the avgolemono sauce
1 egg
1/2 lemon juice
½ teaspoon mustard
HOW TO?
1️⃣Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil for two minutes in medium heat.
2️⃣Add chilli.
3️⃣Cook the beans in the chopped tomatoes for 15-20 minutes.
4️⃣Add sugar, pinch of sugar.
5️⃣When cooked, add the parsley and feta to serve.
6️⃣Whisk the egg white to a meringue. Add the egg yolk and lemon. Chop dill and pour over.
