My special tyropitari - pita

WHAT?

For the filo

100g. Plain flour

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

60ml. (Approx.) tepid water

½ teaspoon salt For the filling

100g. Feta cheese crumbled

50g. A softer mizithra cheese

2 tablespoons Greek yoghurt

½ red pepper chopped

2 cloves garlic crushed

1 spring onion chopped

Chopped parsley, chopped mint

Lots of pepper

50ml. Olive oil for frying


HOW TO?

1️⃣Mix the filo ingredients. Let it rest for two hours.

2️⃣Open to a thin filo.

3️⃣Mix all stuffing ingredients.

4️⃣Put in the middle of filo. With some water connect the edges and close to an envelope.

5️⃣Fry the envelope in olive oil for 5 minutes each side.
