WHAT?
100g. Cooked chickpeas
½ onion, 2-3 cloves of garlic, chilli
1 teaspoon tomato paste
½ teaspoon balsamic glaze
½ bunch parsley
2 tablespoons corn flour
2 slices of bread soaked in water
Pinch of salt
Pinch of cumin
Pepper
HOW TO?
1️⃣In a medium heat, sweat the chopped onion, garlic, tomato paste and chilli, with salt, for 2 minutes.
2️⃣In a chopper, mash the chickpeas, with the onions, garlic, tomato paste, chilli and parsley. Add balsamic glaze, grind pepper and cumin.
3️⃣Move to a bowl, add the corn flour, the mashed bread slices and cover with cling film. Put in fridge for an hour.
4️⃣In greased tray, make two patties and cook at preheated oven 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
