WHAT?
10 prawns, cleaned (keep the heads though)
4-5 saffron threads diluted in a 100ml. of hot water
1 onion, 3-4 garlic cloves; all chopped
Chilli
2-3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2-3 tablespoons Greek mountain tea (you can use 7-8 leaves of dried sage)
Freshly ground pepper
Salt, pepper
Parsley and feta to serve HOW TO?
1️⃣Sauté the garlic and onion with chilli and olive oil for two minutes in medium heat.
2️⃣Add the water with saffron and cook for for 2-3 minutes. Clean the prawns from their line. Add the prawn heads, prawns, mountain tea and freshly ground pepper and let it cook to make a beautiful stock. Add he prawns, until the prawns change colour for 2-3 minutes.
3️⃣Salt and pepper to taste.
4️⃣Serve with parsley and feta.
