Prawns in kataifi

WHAT?

10-15 prawns

1 lemon (zest and juice)

Paprika, pepper, salt

Bunch of parsley

2 crushed garlic cloves, chilli

100g. Kataif filo (angel hair)


HOW TO?

1️⃣Marinate the prawns in lemon zest, juice, paprika, garlic, chill, parsley, salt and pepper for two hours.

2️⃣Take a small quantity of kataifi and untangle and add two prawns with a little bit of marinade. Close the little parcel.

3️⃣In greaseproof add all and add some olive oil on top. Cook for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees to brown.
