WHAT?
For the purée
150ml boiling water
150-200g corn flour
2-3 cloves of garlic
Salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil
A little bit of thyme
HOW TO?
1️⃣For the purée: boil the water first, then add the corn flour all in one go and mix very well. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add chopped garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil.
