WHAT?
12 sardines
1 lemon (zest and juice)
2-3 garlic cloves
2-3 cherry tomatoes In half
50g. Fennel
Chilli (as much as you can handle)
1 tablespoon mustard
Salt, pepper, oregano
HOW TO?
1️⃣Clean the sardines. With a knife, cut the head and tail and cut the fish from the belly just at the bone. Open the fish in two and gently remove the bone.
2️⃣Chop and mix all ingredients. Marinate the fish for at least 3 hours.
3️⃣Simply grill the fish for 5-6 minutes each side.
