Tart with caramelised pears, kopanisti cheese and pears

WHAT?

4-5 filo sheets

150g. Kopanisti cheese from Mykonos (alt. use blue cheese)

50g. Feta cheese

1 tablespoon Greek yoghurt

1 chopped onion, 3-4 garlic cloves, chilli


2 pears

Salt, pepper

Tablespoon of olive oil

2 tablespoons molasses (alt. use balsamic sauce)

Bunch of rocket and more molasses to serve


HOW TO?

1️⃣Slice the onion, garlic, chilli and pears. Sauté in olive oil in medium heat for 3 minutes. Add molasses and let caramelise for 2 more minutes. Add the walnuts.

2️⃣In bowl, crumble feta and kopanisti cheese (or blue cheese). Add the yoghurt and mix.

3️⃣In a square greased pan lay one filo. Brush with olive oil. Repeat for all filos.

4️⃣Add the mixture of cheeses in the filo. On top add the caramelised pears and vegetables. Cook at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serve with a handful of rocket and some extra molasses (or balsamic).
