WHAT?
1 small cauliflower
4-5 large mushrooms
1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, chilli
100g. Feta
Parsley
3 heaped tablespoons plain flour
200ml. Water
Handful of walnuts 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
Splash of olive oil
Nutmeg, pepper, salt
6 filo sheets Sesame for topping HOW TO? 1️⃣Separate the cauliflower into florets and cook for 5 minutes in boiling water. Off the heat. 2️⃣Sauté in olive oil in medium heat sliced onion, garlic and chilli. Increase the heat and add the mushroom. Cook for three minutes. 3️⃣Add the cauliflower, and the walnuts. Dilute the flour in water and add to create a creamy sauce. Let cool and add feta, parsley, grate nutmeg and pepper and add salt. 4️⃣In a large greased tray add the first filo. Brush with olive oil. Add the second one. Do the same. Add the third one and spread the mix evenly. 5️⃣Add the fourth filo. Brush with olive oil. Fifth filo. Brush the olive oil. Same with the sixth one. Fold the edges, sprinkle with sesame and pre-cut to pieces.
6️⃣Cook at preheated oven for 50 minutes at 180 degrees. Let it cool for 15-20 minutes before serving.
