The best mushrooms in the pan

WHAT?

250g. Mixed mushrooms

1 onion, 2-3 garlic cloves, chilli

50g. Walnuts

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon honey

1 teaspoon mustard

Salt, pepper, oregano

50g. Fennel

50g. Feta cheese


HOW TO?

1️⃣Brush and cut the mushrooms in various shapes. Chop the onion, garlic and chilli.

2️⃣Let the pan with the olive oil get hot. In high heat, add the mushrooms and sauté for five to seven minutes. Add the onion, chilli and garlic and lower the heat in the pan - cook for two more minutes.

3️⃣Add the vinegar and the walnuts. Let the vinegar steam away and turn off the heat. Add chopped fennel, the feta and mix in mustard and honey. Salt and pepper.
