The most delicious black eyed beans humous

WHAT?

100g. Cooked black eyed beans

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons lemon juice

Coriander

A few garlic cloves (to taste)

1 teaspoon tahini

Cumin, paprika

½ cooked carrot, a few celery leaves

1 teaspoon red wine vinegar

Salt, pepper


HOW TO? 1️⃣In a chopper, mash the beans with the lemon juice. 2️⃣Mash in the tahini, coriander, cumin, paprika. 3️⃣Add the carrot, celery and vinegar. 4️⃣Change the chopping equipment to a frothing device (otherwise do it by hand) and add olive oil in steady and thin way. Add air and create a beautiful airy dip.
