WHAT?

½ bunch of chopped fennel (leaves and stock) - about 30g.
½ onion, 2-3 garlic cloves, chilli
½ spring onion
50g. Feta cheese
3 tablespoons self raising four
Salt, pepper, oregano
Tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
½ teaspoon paprika
Olive oil to fry
HOW TO?
1️⃣In 1 tablespoon olive oil, chop and sauté the onion, garlic, chilli and fennel seeds. Let them cook for 3 minutes in medium heat. Off the heat, let it cool.
2️⃣Finely chop the fennel and add to bowl. Add the pan vegetables, chop the spring onion and crumble the feta.
3️⃣Add the vinegar, paprika and mix in the flour. Add the water. The mix needs to be thick.
4️⃣Make to little balls with a tablespoon. Fry for three minutes each side until brown.
