WHAT?
8 filo sheets
1 onion, 2-3 garlic cloves, chilli
Mint, parsley, fennel
1 tablespoon olive oil
150g. Feta
2-3 tablespoons of Greek yoghurt
Salt, pepper
HOW TO?
1️⃣Grease a small pan and lay one filo sheet. Add drops of water if dry, olive oil and lay the second filo sheet. Carry on until the fourth filo.
2️⃣In a bowl, crumble feta, chop the herbs and mix in the yoghurt. Add pepper.
3️⃣Add to the filo. Lay it evenly.
4️⃣Add fifth layer and brush olive oil. Same with the sixth to the eight. Lay some olive oil.
5️⃣Close the pasty with the overhanging filo.
6️⃣Put sesame seeds for the top. 7️⃣Cook 5-6 minutes at medium heat each side.
