WHAT?
1 carrot
1 beetroot
1 courgette
1 aubergine
Lemon
Salt, pepper, oregano, paprika
HOW TO?
1️⃣Slice the vegetables sideways, so they look like potato chips. Put them in water with lemon so they don’t go black.
2️⃣In boiling water, cook the vegetables until soft for 7 minutes. Remove from water.
3️⃣In greased tray add the vegetables. Add salt pepper, oregano and paprika and cook in preheated 200 degree oven until brown.
