WHAT? 200g beans, soaked overnight in boiling water
1 carrot, a few leaves of celery
1 onion, 2-3 cloves of garlic
½ tomato
A little bit of chilli (if you like)
1-2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil @ladi_biosas
1 tablespoon oats
1 lemon
Salt, pepper
Dill, parsley
HOW?
1️⃣Cook the soaked beans in hot water with a carrot. They will take 30-40 minutes.
2️⃣In a chopper, add all ingredients - not the olive oil the oats.
3️⃣After you’ve chopped, use a bowl and mix with your hand and add the olive oil and the oats.
4️⃣Add salt, pepper, oregano. Leave the mixture to set in the fridge for half an hour.
5️⃣Make to patties and grill for 5-6 minutes each side
