Yoghurt, feta and filo pie

WHAT?

5 filo sheets

100g. Greek yoghurt

100g. Feta cheese

6-7 cherry tomatoes

½ onion, 3 garlic cloves, chilli

Bunch of mint or basil

Olive oil

Pepper

Sesame

HOW TO?

1️⃣In a bowl add the yoghurt, feta cheese crumbled and the vegetables and herbs roughly chopped. Add olive oil and mix. Grind pepper.

2️⃣Start laying three filo in greased tray. Between each filo layer add a little bit of olive oil.

3️⃣Spread the mixture and lay on top the rest of the filos. Fold the edges and add olive oil on top. Sprinkle sesame seeds.

4️⃣Cook in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
