Mix of broad beans and green peas1-2 tablespoons olive oil @ladi_biosas 2 potatoes, chopped½ onionChilli to taste1 tablespoon tomato paste (peltes) Fennel seeds, ¼ fennel chopped1 carrot chopped1 vegetable stock pot Fresh mint Oregano, pepperLemon to serve HOW TO?Fish 1️⃣Marinate the fish in all the ingredients for a day and then grill each side for 4 minutes. Peas & broad beans 2️⃣Sauté carrot, chilli, potatoes, garlic and onion in olive oil for 2-3 minutes. Add the tomato paste, pepper and fennel and fennel seeds and cook for 2-3 more minutes. 3️⃣Add the broad beans and peas and water just enough to cover the dish. Add a vegetable stock pot. Cook in low heat covered for 20 minutes. 4️⃣Uncover, turn off heat add chopped mint. 5️⃣Serve with lemon and pepper.
