Amazing prawn saganaki

WHAT?

5 big prawns with their heads, cleaned and vein removed, 5 scallops

⅓ fennel, fennel seeds

1 onion, a few garlic cloves chopped

One spring onion chopped

2-3 tomatoes chopped

Ouzo shot

Little chilli

Salt, pepper, pinch of sugar

2-3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil Parsley and feta for serving HOW TO? 1️⃣In a pan with olive oil, in medium heat we sauté the onion, garlic and chilli for 2 minutes. We grind pepper, add fennel seeds and add the prawns and clams with the head and cook for just 2 minutes each side. We remove. 2️⃣In the olive oil we add the fennel and the spring onion and cook for 2 more minutes. 3️⃣Turn up the heat, splash the ouzo and let the alcohol steam away (2-3 minutes). 4️⃣Add the chopped tomatoes, sugar and cook for 15 minutes. 5️⃣We add the prawns and scallops and serve with feta and parsley.
