WHAT? 100g. bulgar wheat, soaked in 180g. boiling water for 1 hour 1 avocado in cubes 1 tomato in slices
6-7 olives 1 spring onion sliced, 2 garlic cloves sliced Walnuts 50g. feta cheese in cubes Bunch of coriander, bunch of mint 2-3 tablespoons extra virgin olive 1 teaspoon tahini diluted in lime juice Salt, pepper, oregano, paprika Chilli HOW TO? 1️⃣Mix the wheat with the mint, coriander, spring onion, chilli, walnuts and garlic. 2️⃣Add avocado and feta plus tomato and olives. 3️⃣Mix lightly the salad. Add paprika. 4️⃣In a bowl mix the olive oil, tahini and lime. Add to salad. Salt and pepper to taste.
