Fish and a delicious lentil salad

For the fish

300g. Mixed fish (sardines, all little fish)

Rosemary, 3 cloves garlic, ½ lemon juice, 2 tablespoons olive oil @ladi_biosas

Pepper, salt


For the lentil salad

100g. Lentils precooked in water with bay leaves

A handful of greens, 2-3 cloves garlic

Chilli chopped, ½ red pepper thinly chopped

½ carrot thinly chopped

3-4 cherry tomatoes chopped in half

Parsley, mint, dill


2 tablespoons olive oil @ladi_biosas

1 teaspoon red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon French type mustard

2-3 tablespoons lemon juice

Salt, pepper, oregano

1 teaspoon honey


HOW TO?

1️⃣Marinate the fish in all the ingredients for a few hours.

2️⃣Grill the fish for 2-3 minutes each side.

3️⃣For the salad add all ingredients. 4️⃣Pour and toss the sauce. 5️⃣ Serve the fish on the salad.
