WHAT?
80g. Cooked lentils in water for 10 minutes in boiling water with two bay leaves
80g. Bulgar wheat soaked in 200ml. Boiling water
1 onion, 1-2 garlic cloves, chilli
1 chopped carrot
5-6 cherry tomatoes in half
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tin of salmon
Pepper, salt, oregano
Bunch of several herbs dill, mint, mint
Balsamic vinegar for the top
HOW TO?
1️⃣In a saucepan, sauté the onion, garlic, chilli, tomatoes and chopped carrots in olive oil for 4 minutes at medium heat.
2️⃣Pour the vinegar and let it evaporate for two minutes.
3️⃣Add the cooked and soaked lentils and bulgar wheat and heat up. Add the salmon. When hot remove from the heat.
4️⃣Chop the herbs and serve with extra balsamic and seasoning.
