Mouthwatering chicken salad

WHAT? 300g. Chicken thigh fillet Lemon, oregano, pepper A few cloves of garlic chopped Spring onion A few cherry tomatoes in half 1 cooked egg chopped 1 cooked potato chopped 1 carrot chopped Parsley, celery chopped A few capers 50g. Cubed feta cheese Paprika, 2 tablespoons Greek yoghurt, 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil @ladi_biosas, 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, a pinch of sugar, a little chilli HOW TO? 1️⃣Marinate the chicken in lemon, oregano and pepper. Girl 3-4 minutes each side. Let it cool.

2️⃣In a bowl whisk Greek yoghurt, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and chilli. Don’t add salt, we’ll see if it needs at the end. 3️⃣Chop the chicken and in a bowl mix with all other ingredients. 4️⃣Add sauce. Toss lightly and dress with some olive oil and extra salt, if it needs it.
