1kg mussels 1 onion, 3-4 garlic cloves - all chopped 1-2 teaspoons of mustard 1 teaspoon honey ½ lemon juice Chilli Bunch of parsley 3 wild garlic leaves Bunch of chervil (μυρωνια) Freshly ground pepper Tablespoon of olive oil @ladi_biosas HOW?
1️⃣In olive oil sauté the onion, garlic and chilli for two minutes. Clean the mussels and remove the beard. Any smashed, get rid of.
2️⃣Add the mussels and close the lid.
3️⃣Cook at higher temperature for 3-4 minutes.
4️⃣Mix mustard, lemon and add to finish. Chop all the other vegetables and add. 5️⃣Any mussels not opening are not good and should be thrown.
